Damaged or Unsatisfactory Items
If your item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please send us a photo and a brief description by email. Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Please do not return any items before contacting us and receiving approval from our support team.

Refunds & Replacements
If your item is damaged or broken upon arrival, we will gladly provide a replacement once reasonable proof is received. If you prefer a refund instead, please specify this in your email along with your reason and photo of the item.

Processing Time
Refunds and replacements are processed as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment within approximately 7 days of approval.
