Should your item not meet your expectations, or be damaged in shipping, please let us know with a photo and description by email and we generally respond within 24 hours. Refunds must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery. Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support. If your item is damaged, or broken upon arrival, please contact us, and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof. If you prefer a refund, or replacement please indicate this in your email with your reason and photo of the item purchased. Refunds and replacements are processed as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 days for processing. Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.
