If your order is lost or does not arrive in a reasonable time frame, email us and we will provide a tracking number and assistance. To track your order, email Support@PosterSalon.com or use our form. If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, check your mailbox, and you can also call the shipper and provide them with your tracking number provided by our support center. Poster Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier.
