Cancellations must be submitted via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center. All orders are sent immediately to our automated production facility to provide our customers with the best possible service. Therefore, any order cancellation must be made within one hour of your order placement to enable our staff to cancel your order without charge. Orders placed more than one hour ago cannot be canceled. We will make every effort to assist you with your cancellation request within the guidelines as noted.
