1. Do you offer custom sizes for your products and art prints?
At this time, we only offer our products in the standard sizes indicated on our product pages. Custom sizing is not currently available.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
All our products are printed on demand. Most orders are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. During peak seasons or unexpected delays, processing may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress. Orders placed after 4PM EST will count as an order placed on the following workday.

3. Can you rush my order?
Currently, we are not able to accommodate rush orders. If you need an item by a specific date (such as a birthday or special event), we recommend ordering early to allow enough time for production and shipping. All orders ship via standard ground shipping.

4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States due to international tariffs and regulations.

5. What if I want to use my own frame?
You’re welcome to use your own frame. Just be sure to select the product size that matches your frame exactly for the best fit.

6. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 per order, regardless of size or weight.

7. Will my canvas look exactly like the image on the website?
Every device displays items differently and may differ from the final printed look. Unless you have a professionally profiled monitor, it may not display accurate colors.

8. Do you print in High Resolution?
The images shown on this website are low resolution for display on the web. Your orders will be delivered to your doorstep in crystal clear, high-resolution.
