1. Do you offer custom sizes for your posters and canvas art prints? We currently offer three standard sizes for our posters and three standard sizes of canvas art prints. We do not offer custom sizes at this time.

2. What materials are used for your posters and canvas art prints?We use high-quality materials for all our products. Each premium poster print is meticulously reproduced from the original and processed using acid-free, fade-resistant archival quality inks on thick heavyweight (230 gsm) high-quality resin-coated, natural white, ultra-smooth museum-grade photography paper with a matte finish for indoor use. Your poster arrives ready for framing.

4. Do your posters and canvas art prints come framed?We offer unframed posters and stretched canvas art prints. Our printed canvases’ are stretched over a firmly constructed lightweight pinewood stretch bar with carefully folded and stapled corners. It ships assembled and ready to hang or frame.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?We print all designs on demand, which means we custom print your order. We often print our posters on the same day. As a rule, your order will be ready for shipping within one to two working days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Each print is custom manufactured for your order therefore we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Our average processing time is 1-2 Business days. Our average estimated shipping times are as follows:
US: 4-7 Business days
EU: 10-20 Business days
ROW: 10-25 Business days
On rare occasions, please allow up to 2-6 days for external circumstances beyond our control. You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided once your order has shipped.

6. What is your return policy? Cancellation:All orders go into immediate automated production to provide our customers with the best possible service, therefore placed orders cannot be canceled.
Returns: To keep our prices low, we do not stock inventory. Your order is custom-printed just for you. For this reason, we do not offer returns at this time. Damaged or Lost Goods: Should your item not meet your expectations, not arrive, or be damaged in shipping, please let us know with a photo and description by email and we generally respond within 24 hours. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable time frame, email us and we will provide a tracking number and assistance. We strive to maintain happy customers.

Can I order bulk quantities of posters and canvas art prints?Yes, we offer bulk ordering options for interior designers, home staging, Airbnb refreshing, businesses, events, and other organizations. 11. Do the posters fit in standard frames?Yes, all our posters and stretched canvas are formatted to fit into 2:3 ratio frames without a border matte.

24” x 36” (60.96cm x 91.44cm)

Note: Take care to match your frame size to the exact size of the poster you are purchasing. If you have a frame in mind, please be certain that your print will fit the frame you want to use before ordering. When ordering your poster in our online shop, it is best to pay close attention to the specified dimensions. If you want to frame your poster yourself, we recommend inserting another sheet of paperboard as a filler to the back, if necessary, as this increases the pressure in the frame between the front and back and prevents the poster from curling. If required, you can of course either trim your poster yourself or create a matte to enhance the print.

12. How will my poster be delivered?Poster prints are shipped to you in heavy, cardboard mailing tubes so they will arrive at their destination in perfect condition. Stretched Canvas prints are shipped fully assembled and ready to hang in sturdy boxes. Our poster prints are rolled, never folded or creased, so the product arrives with you in mint condition.

13. Where should I (not) hang posters?Our posters and prints are designed for indoor use only. Keep away from direct sunlight to avoid fading over the years, We use special fade- resistant archival inks to ensure that your prints retain their maximum color brilliance for years, no matter where you hang them.

14. What is the best way to hang the poster?The easiest way to attach posters is with adhesives that can be easily removed without damaging the poster. For a high-quality look, it is a great idea to frame the poster. Our stretched canvas posters arrive ready to hang.

15. Can I also order prints in sizes other than those specified online?No, we only print posters in the sizes you can select from the drop-down menu. However, depending on the design and format, you can choose from numerous sizes on our website. Our sizes are common formats that also fit many commercially available 2:3 ratio picture frames.

16. Can I order a poster without a white border or with a thicker white border?All of our posters are true to the original. We do not add or remove borders.

Is the poster surface matte or glossy?Our poster material is a thick heavyweight (230 gsm) high-quality resin-coated, natural white, ultra-smooth museum-grade photography paper with a matte finish. Our stretched canvas material is a museum-quality ultra-smooth 16 mil, 310 gsm fine weave Oxford fabric canvas. These coated surfaces have a slight shine, creating a classy, durable finish.

18. How do I track my order?You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

19. How much does shipping cost?Poster Salon offers Free Shipping across the USA. International shipping fees and taxes mayapply based on your destination and will be indicated in your shopping cart during checkout.

20. Do you offer expedited shipping?No, as we custom print each print to order and to keep our prices low, we do not offer expedited shipping at this time. If you have a hard arrival date such as a birthday or event, please do not place your order as we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Production Time: All items are custom-produced by hand for your specific order. Due to this fact, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date, and we do not offer expedited delivery. While we try to print and ship the same day, please allow up to 3 business days for production plus standard shipping time. Also please allow for slightly longer lead times during the holiday season. 21. Is my package insured?PosterSalon.com guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items if not satisfied. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team through or by email.
